Meet Rob
I'm Rob Howard, the founder of Howard Development & Consulting. I've spent more than twenty years designing, building and reviewing software for some of the most demanding institutions in the country, including Peoples Bank, Harvard, MIT, Marriott, The World Bank, the Big Ten and the U.S. Department of Defense.
Today I lead our work directly, often as a hands-on fractional CTO. Earlier in my career, as chief technology officer, I guided two companies through successful exits, and I've held board seats at technology, education and legal defense non-profits.
You work directly with me, backed by an experienced, U.S.-based engineering team.
In a regulated company, technical decisions carry more weight. A missed deadline can stall a launch, and an inaccessible site or a weak architecture can become a compliance problem. I set the technical direction, make the architecture and platform calls, and stay accountable for the result.
My team and I build and manage enterprise websites and custom software for regulated organizations. We're comfortable with the vendor due diligence that comes with that work.
